Such a unique spot for Effingham. Drinks were great. Even with it being busy, it wasn't overly loud. Friendly service. Will return!

The Wheat Penny has great ambiance, fun/upscale drinks, and amazing vibes! Also love how their menu is seasonal so you get to try new drinks every couple of months!
