History

On a cold winter night in 2020, da boyz decided to start a hot sauce company that focused on simple and nuanced recipes featuring unique and local ingredients. They started the company with the mere dream of being able to share their zealous passion for creating the bestest most meaningful food possible with the community. Turns out dreams do come true. After winning a culinary competition and slinging barbecue on a food truck, the fates conspired to allow da boyz to take over the kitchen at the incredible craft bar Collective Pour. Here da boyz reside on the weekends, serving up their daring globally-inspired flavor experiments in the pursuit of the impossible: perfection.

We serve a dynamic menu of globally-inspired elevated drinking food made in-house from scratch, thus laying the groundwork for some quality Dionysian community building. All the food is made and prepared by us, and it all happens to pair perfectly with the incredible selection of libations at Collective Pour.
