The Waveland Youth Facility, located adjacent to the Sydney R. Marovitz Golf Course in Chicago's Uptown Buena Park community, offers year-round access to free and low-cost programs for youth from diverse backgrounds. Officially opened in July 2022, the facility features a new clubhouse and a state-of-the-art short game area, designed with input from PGA TOUR player Luke Donald.

This $2.2 million project, which includes a 1,200 square foot clubhouse and a full swing simulator, was developed by the Lamar Johnson Collaborative and Quitno Golf Designs, highlighting a commitment to innovative architecture and sustainable golf course design.
