This place is dirty, they take forever, and I never received a call when my dog was done! Not to mention they put purple bows on HIS ears, they put the bows so tight on his poor ears we had to cut...

If you love your pet do not under any circumstance take it to Wag Your Tail dog groomer at Oak Park Ave and Addison St in Chicago. The salon is dirty and very messy and uses harmful instruments...
