Best LifeSource in Chicagoland. Clean, fast, friendly, not too crowded. Good snacks... If there is a chance you could be turned away because of an iron deficiency, ask for the Hemoglobin test...

The tech was rude and unprofessional, his tone and demeanor was short and ill-tempered. He chose not to wear gloves at all, not during vital signs, or the blood collection via the finger stick....
