Absolutely terrible. Tried everything I could not to call corporate but they could not take care of this locally. Signed me up for a certain plan and they ended up ordering the wrong phone for me....

I just went to upgrade my phone on a Tuesday evening. There was a sign on the door that said ' Back in ten '. I sat there for 30 min before leaving. I will go to the Orland Verizon next time.
