It would have been worth it to go to Gurnee'a Verizon Home Store since this is a 3rd party retailer (not specified on the building). Most the employees were nice and knew what they were talking...

Call before you go to make sure they are actually open! They have hours posted but don't follow them! UPS guy even tried to deliver to them and said "Welp; guess they get their stuff on Monday"
