The staff is so friendly. We were nervous that our dog might freak out, she didn't she loved it. Quick to answer phone calls. Loving and nurturing.

Not accommodating or understanding. Been going to them for years. Once it switched hands everything changed. All they are, are sales people. I do not recommend them. Good riddance.
