I never received our son's photos from the school. I contacted Customer Service and they apologized and offered to mail them directly to us. Great Customer Service.

I prepaid for my son's school photos, he missed the initial photo day due to illness, but did make the retakes. However, they never delivered our photos. The only thing I got was a calendar...

Horrible forced smiles!!!! You need to interact with kids to get good natural smiles. From what I can see our school photographer did not do that. And the class picture. What is with that spacing...
