My apartment gets a notice that mail can't be delivered due to the mail-person not being able to enter the building. All mail must be picked up in 10 days or they'll be sent back to the deliverer....

It's impossible to get any help at this post office. Every time I've been in there I've waited 10 plus minutes to see someone, or waited so long I had to just walk out and come back another day....

Horrible! If our postal carrier is off for a day or two, no mail is delivered. Our postal carrier is the BEST and she truly cares. She understands people are receiving some important things...
