US Nails - Waterloo

I went in for the first time yesterday. It was wonderful. I had a nail issue because of powder color which I got at another salon,and they explained to me why it was that way and was not a good...

Horrible job, left with my fingers bleeding! I guess there was a reason they were not busy

Scheduled an appointment at noon but when I showed up there was no one at the front counter and someone was sleeping in the pedicure chairs. Not a very welcoming or professional vibe.

Left horrible ridges which showed through two coats and a top coat. Very poor nail job. Because I was leaving town, I couldn't go back in. Won't ever go back!!

Sammy and the guy do good! But they have recently got all new people, angel and tony are no longer there and it is just not the same anymore. I have been going here for 5 years and will be finding...
