The staff is sweet but they are SO SLOW. Why did it take me 15-20 minutes just to withdraw money from the drive through??? Maybe they need to hire more tellers.

SOOOO.. I go to the bank on 183rd kedzie in flossmoor illinois around 3pm and the lady at the desk tells me she needs 2 forms of proof that shows your address to open an account. I give her ID....

Terrible branch! Withdrew $2000 and they didnt have any $50s or $100s, got 100 $20 bills smh... Another time I came and the ATM was out of cash

Totally incompetent. You can't even order checks through them without following up with them three times. They also signed me up for a credit card that I never approved. Horrible customer...
