This is a very ineffective bank. The only reason I can see to come here is the coin deposit. It took me HOURS to open a basic account because of all the unnecessary address verification hoops...

Someone walked into this branch with my ID and no account number they did not match my drivers license picture but someone at this branch gave them 2,500 from my account. They have been horrible...

I'm with you on the 1 star. Nothing is ever US Banks' fault...and they certainly don't work with their customers to get thing done or resolved-even long time US Bank customers. Not just his branch...
