Don't waste your time dealing with this bank. If I could give them no stars I would. This is not a customer friendly bank AT ALL!!!

I have been banking at U.S. Bank for years. The Manager Kam Karia put a 10 day hold on my *government issued* check for no valid reason, and never verbally told me. I guess they want to ensure...

Oh yes, and in keeping with the over promise and under deliver mantra of US Bank, the mobile deposit app that most other banks perfected long ago, doesn't work.

It doesn't get much worse than this. Every time I contacted this bank they told me what they couldn't do instead of providing constructive alternatyives
