I wish they used better shampoo/conditioner. My hair was very dry when I got home, but the cut was good. I'd have appreciated a flatiron after the blow-dry, but I'm sure that would have cost more....

I was quoted a price over the phone and told I would be notified at the time of the service if there were any additional recommended services and the cost. I was quoted $90 I was charged $155....
