UR Chicago Alliance is a faith-based organization committed to fostering mental resilience and job readiness within communities throughout Chicago. Since its inception in 2017, it has united churches, community organizations, and businesses to provide individuals with access to living-wage opportunities and long-term support through Christ-centered relationships.

Through various programs, including the Information Technology Academy and mental resiliency training, UR Chicago aims to empower individuals to overcome adversity and thrive in the workforce. With a vision of cultivating future leaders, the organization is actively working to double its impact by equipping 150 Chicagoans with vital skills and support by 2025.
