The phone number doesn't work - neither I nor the UPS customer service center is able to get through to this terminal. A 1-day late already delivery scheduled for today was apparently delayed...

Terrible company that is either filled with a**holes or people who are completely incompetent. Tried to price gouge me for an extra 400 dollars for my single product somehow being both 30 pounds...
