This has got to be one of the worse insurance companies around. It was one of their customers that hit us and it was an obvious case. They dragged their feet for months... giving one excuse...

This insurance company is the very worst I've ever had the opportunity (unfortunately) to deal with. They never answer the phone when I've tried to contact them regarding their horrible customer...
