Went at 5:30pm (closing time at 6:30pm) to drop off a prepaid package. Was told by an employee I need to "purchase something". I said "ummm okay", dropped off the packages and left. Such a disaster

Check is missing from a card that was sent through the Glen Ellyn Post Office . I am following up with online reporting at USPS very frustrating. The postal service needs an overhaul.

The Glen Ellyn post office has absolutely horrible delivery service. They send you an email with a picture of the mail that is to be delivered that day and it doesn't come then or any time soon....
