This is not really a post office. You can't sent packages or mail here, even if it's already stamped. Looks like some kind of sorting station. It should be titled differently.

it's bad enough trying to get a package from the MAIN post office on Harrison (which services Little Italy) without being misdirected to the Carroll St "CARRIER ANNEX." YELP: DO BETTER.
