Cute boba and bubble waffle spot. 10/10 for location because it's near the library + you can take your order to go sit by the water out back. Really nice for enjoying those good weather days....

Everything here is great!!! I always get the ultimate ace and a fres fruit smoothie. The coffee milk tea is the best here!!! Fresh drinks that tastes so good. Just have to listen for your number...
