Had set up an online reservation, said pick up quick and easy with your phone.... NOT! It took over an hour and a half, multiple phone calls, so much time on hold (a combined 53 mintues) and...

Terrible service. No one at the actual location can help. They will try to charge you a parking fee if you leave your car in the truck spot. I will never rent from this location again
