A crew member broke a piece of furniture of mine during the move due to incorrectly moving it and they aren't compensating me for it or replacing it. That is absurd! Do not use them!

The guys who moved my stuff were great and did a fantastic job. However they charge you the full estimate upfront and then transfer whatever you don't spend back to you. I've been waiting 6 days...
