Too many bosses standing around. Not enough people actually screening, they had no bins and told us just throw our stuff on conveyor. No communication and then I got scolded for taking my shoes...

It would be lovely if they had lessons in politeness and kindness. Oh and maybe not have 5 of them always standing around doing nothing while bags wait to be looked at.
