I had a fabulous facial by Michelle , she knows skin and she worked her magic on my mature skin ! The Spa is very nice and relaxing . Everyone there was so nice and friendly . I will be back !

Adrianna is amazing. I get my Botox done at Trio Med Spa and the results are amazing. I drive from McHenry and its 100% worth it. I highly recommend Trio Med Spa for Botox, Facials, microneedling etc!
