Trinity Services

Trinity Services is a nonprofit and nonsectarian organization that was founded in 1950 as the Trinity School in Joliet, Ill., by a group of parents of children with developmental disabilities. It offers a range of programs and services for children and adults with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. The organization provides residential services and adult learning programs. Trinity Services additionally offers a variety of vocational programs that includes supported employment, in-home support, and respite and therapeutic care services. It also operates family counseling and drop-in centers. The organization provides employment services and behavioral health and psychosocial rehabilitation programs, as well as individual and group therapies. Trinity Services has more than 1,000 employees who provide services and support at over 80 sites in the United States. It serves nearly 1,400 people in the southern and northwest suburban regions of Chicago, Illinois and Nevada. The organization maintains a presence in Joliet, Ill.
