I am a licensed Marriage and family therapist. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I am a clinical member of the AAMFT. The AAMFT is the professional association for the field of marriage and family therapy. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Level II. EMDR is used to help clients who have had traumatic experiences and continued to suffer distress as a result. I consider my approach to therapy to be both collaborative and holistic in nature. I integrate my MFT and EMDR training and experience in order to work with clients in developing treatment plans that will assist them in reaching their goals in an efficient manner.
