Country Health is a nonprofit, community-owned nursing center. It is managed by Heritage Enterprises and is located in Gifford, Ill. The center features a chapel, courtyard, activity room, barbershop and therapy department. Its activity room is equipped with an oven and stove for residents to use. Country Health offers nursing and respite and hospice care services. Its staff includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants and physicians.
