Run away. Do not use this DME. They withheld info, lied to me and failed to file necessary paperwork. Hours on the phone, repeated cries to insurance company for help, and finally a Medicare...
Everything was fine until recently when we tried to order CPAP supplies in December only to find out our account was on hold due since June of last year due to some documents needed for Medicare....
