This is actually a tortilla factory. The factory runs during the weekdays but the machines are shut down during the weekends. But the place is still open on the weekends if you want to buy...

Best non-greasy tortilla chips ever. Also the best dough (masa) for handmade tortillas. Live on the north side but worth the travel to this place.
