It's all about customer service. It took me over 2 years to consider visiting this specific store location after my last visit ... but as the saying goes - somewhat - "time can heal all wounds"....

This store is great! I've never had any trouble with this location. In fact, they have always been extremely helpful and friendly. Especially Sam! I had called to see if they had a purse in stock...

I don't know what's going on with these crappy reviews but the Torrid In Bloomingdale is great! The ladies in the store were more than happy to help me with my returns, exchanges, and purchases. I...
