Detoured off the highway to find TOP HAT...Excellent ice cream, great prices, and the friendliest staff! So worth the detour to find this quaint little ice cream shop.

Unfortunately, we were not able to stop at Top Hat after our meal- we do plan to do so sometime in the not too distant future as what they were serving (with a smile) looked fantastic.
