I went shopping in Woodfield Mall. It's been a long while based on the last time I came here and this is my first time since the pandemic started and I did not waste my chance to visit the store....

Had a terrible customer service experience here. I walked in with my two parents and we each split off to do our own shopping. One sales rep made a point of greeting and checking in on my father...
