Carrie Koger is a family nurse practitioner and a certified bariatric nurse. She earned her master of science degree at Maryville University in 2021. She received her bachelor of science degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2010. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Emily Nielsen is a family nurse practitioner and a certified bariatric nurse. She earned her master of science degree at Olivet Nazarene University in 2015. She received her bachelor of science degree from Olivet Nazarene University in 2010.

Memorial Wellness Center, based in Springfield, Illinois, offers comprehensive and customized treatment options for weight loss and improved health through a multidisciplinary approach.
