Poor communication, charged way more then we were quoted at and took FOREVER to respond. Staff was rude. SUPER upset we wasted our time, they took longer than expected with EVERYTHING.

Unprofessional and incompetent!!! Extremely unresponsive and poor communicator. Never filed my taxes, and found out they weren't filed a month after the due date, which cost me $200 in penalties...
