I don't even want to give one star because I just spoke with someone that was completely rude and had the biggest attitude. I lost my birth control and they are making it impossible for me.

Normally I have a quick visit and deal with the average rude staff but today I waited 45 minutes for the nexplanon procedure, which was scheduled a month in advance and I even arrived 10 minutes...

I have been going yo them for a Long time. They are very nice and helpful. The Waiting are is inviting. Dr. Carmen is the best!!!
