I think this place does great because of their location, that's about it. Super mid drinks and ice cream. On more than one occasion my ice cream had some freezer burn. I really want to love this...

I ordered Butter Pecan ice cream, there was literally one pecan in my cup! I was disappointed. I even paid for extra nuts to put on top , charged me $1.00 for cheap chopped peanuts. Unsatisfied.
