The Music Lab is a father and son business. We offer month to month band practice space.
Specialties
24/7 Music rehearsal/practice space. Month to month, if you're going on tour, let us know. Heat, AC, wifi, we have everything you need to practice/record your next album. The coolest thing is meeting other musicians to collaborate with and form new long lasting musical relationships.

I've rented here for almost a year, and it's a fantastic and affordable place to play loud. Management has made HUGE improvements over the last year. It's in a great part of town too.

I've been renting from The Music Lab for over a year and I plan to continue indefinitely. It in an amazing location, right off the Brown Line, and is a no-frills space to play as loud as possible....
