History

This business started when I threw a small gathering at my home for a few girlfriends, and made my own sub sandwiches. To my surprised they loved it! Shortly after my place of employment threw an office Christmas party. Clueless as to what to make, a friend of mine suggested that I bring sub sandwiches. Not even half way threw the party, the sandwiches we're completely gone. In May 2020, I was discussing with my mom on how I would love for more people to try my subs. She encouraged me to start selling them as a taste-tester, will needless to say I sold 72 sandwiches in day! This birthed The Lunchbox CHI!
