Update: 12/09/2021 I decided to update this because they stopped crediting my account with a discount and the problem is still not resolved. My bathroom is starting to have black mold everywhere...

It has been since the beginning of last semester since there was blood stains and dog urine in the stair well. it is not mopped ever. They barely clean and vacuum the hallways. Dirty place.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE AT ALL!! They will take all of your money in any way they can, claim ridiculous "cleaning fees" after you move out even if you take days cleaning your apartment...
