Prior to 1998, I was buying, selling, flipping and renting real estate for myself and it was always a great feeling when I saw how excited the people were when they purchased one of my newly rehabbed homes. I felt that my knowledge of the many aspects in the real estate buying and selling process, could help many more people realize the American Dream of home ownership if I became a full time Realtor.
