I would think twice if you are considering shopping at The Chicago Toy Co. I'm not sure if he is the employee or an owner, but Parker is extremely rude and unprofessional in his communication.

I saw the demo of the quad copter by the Chicago Toy Company in the Rosemont Mall and asked the demonstrator if a 10 year old could operate it as easily as he, as I wanted to buy three as gifts...
