They never show up for appointments on time if they even bother to show up at all. They are all around not woth the hassle. Just go somewhere else.

We were told that we could get a certain carpet for $3.50/sq ft installed. When the carpet was installed we got a bill which clearly stated we payed $1/sq ft more than that after installation....

The Carpet House should be embarrassed by their workmanship and lack of customer service. I am still surprised by the sloppy (can't be bothered to do the job correctly) installation "completed"...
