The Bar is a business that the fitness industry is not prepared for. We are a family. A family forged from hard work, dedication, pride, and a drive that our competitors do not possess. Our company has a combined training background of over 10 years, have educational backgrounds in Clinical Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, and certified as NASM personal trainers.

I really enjoyed working out at this facility and that part is a five star. However, I moved to Virginia and let my year contract expire. Then I emailed them to stop payments because I had moved....
