History

Chad Downie is a full time residential real estate professional. In his first year as a Realtor, he was nominated as Rookie City Agent of the Year by Chicago Agent Magazine and earned a Top Producer's Award from Chicago Association of Realtors. As a former teacher and coach, Chad's mission of excellence and integrity in leadership continues through providing expert knowledge through up-to-date research in the market place and individualized real estate service through strong communication, hard work and focused planning. With thirteen years of teaching and coaching experience, he understands the need for a clear plan, clear communication and tenacity to achieve the high expectations of his clients. He holds a Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership, which has given him the experience of brokering complex situations to the benefit of all involved stakeholders.
