The online banking is a major FAIL!! Forget viewing your statements online, forget making deposit by capturing an image on your phone. NEVER WORKS!! HUGE misadvertisement. Nothing but hassle.

In 1999 TCP Teller stole $2000 from my bank account. I had to file a criminal charges against TCP bank (Hoffman Estates) to get my money back. TCP never called me or send me a letter to apologies....
