Best way to describe this is target merchandise with a Walmart experience. Lines are always way too long. I got stuck in the elevator for about a minute--wouldn't move; doors wouldn't open....

Now that you've closed off access to this walkway, you have also closed access to the bike racks. Any plans to add new ones in front of your store for customers that bike?
