I have been shopping at this store for the last 10 yrs. People who work there come and go! I recently purchased a pair of jeans in my size. I thought nothing of it since I do this all the time....

A little accountability and an apology for a mistake they made, would have gone a long way. Worst shopping experience ever. Will never shop at this store again. Terrible managers and sales associates!
