TMobile in general is awful. Customer Service is benign at best due in large part to the call center being located in the Philippines - completely useless. But this store is not much better....

We add one line,they add 5 more with trucker. Charge us for $75,than we return and charge us for return.For 5 line more,they charge us again $50 more Definitely cancell line,and be with Verizon again.

This T-mobile is what the company needs to look up to. The employees here went above and beyond and didn't stop. They took care of the problem I had with the uttermost care and with no headaches....
