I went and 4 people at desk and no one in store. They wanted $10 for bad SIM card with the store manager saying "I can't override the $10 in my system" and they then sent me to 4 other stores...

Terrible service!! It should not take over 30 minutes to pay a bill. Also, our 5 year old daughter had to use the bathroom and they said there's no bathroom. Go to a different location!!
